The Centre Aquatique Intercommunal de Paris – Vallée de la Marne is one of the largest aquatic centres in the Parisian region: it covers 11,000 m², the equivalent of two football pitches. Inaugurated in December 2022, this centre has many sports facilities. It can accommodate 1,600 swimmers in its five pools and hundreds of additional visitors in the relaxation and fitness spaces.
With strict management of water consumption and the use of geothermics to produce heat, this aquatic centre has been equipped with a firm focus on sustainable development.
To disinfect the water, the Paris – Vallée de la Marne agglomeration chose a gas chlorination system: a reliable, low-energy process that protects users and the environment.
